The
following Terms and Conditions must be agreed to in order to participate
with us in our partnership program. All Terms and Conditions must
be abided by, and are legally binding. Webtastic Inc. reserves the
right to change the terms or terminate this agreement at any time,
for any reason, including profitability.
FRAUD:
Credit card fraud is closely monitored. Every case is reported to
the concerned credit card company (i.e. VISA, Mastercard, Amex...)
and the FBI if applicable.
Other terms:
The users you send us have to join our site(s) by free will, without
receiving anything in return.
In the event that we detects any sort of mechanism that falsely
generates signups to the website, we will prosecute the person responsible
to the fullest extent of the law.
Webtastic reserves the right to terminate this program at any time
without notice.
SPAM: With the partnership program, you can send us visitors by
almost any means you see fit. Here are the exceptions:
We don't want any serious complaints from anyone concerning the
way you send us traffic like e-mail or newsgroup spamming. This
will result in the immediate termination of your account.
Outside your webpages, like in e-mails or newsgroups, you are not
authorized to use our name, URL or anything that is associated with
Webtastic or its websites.
Activities such as the above will not only jeopardize our reputation
but will jeopardize your income as well. For this reason NO
SPAMMING WILL BE TOLERATED.
PAYMENT:
You are paid 50% of the income generated, after the credits, chargebacks
and credit card processing fees have been removed. These fees are
removed directly by http://www.billingsupport.com,
the company who processes the credit cards for your website. You
will be paid your 50% for as long as your membership remains current.
Once your account is terminated you will no longer be issued payment.
All payments will be in US Dollars. Checks will be mailed once per
week. Payments are sent within 5 days. There is a $1.99 fee for
shipping and handling each check. No check for less than $50 will
be issued unless otherwise requested. Unpaid earnings are always
carried to the following payment period.
